Bishop's Waltham Junior School pupils were given 64 Chromebooks after £15,000 was raised by a parent volunteer group.

The Friends of Bishop's Waltham Junior School held various fundraising events including a fireworks display, Christmas Fayre and summer barbecue.

Headteacher Darren Campbell said: “The Chromebooks have been set up, and classes have already begun using them.

“As a school, we are lucky to have such a committed group of parent volunteers who give their time to organise fundraising events for the school. In recent months, there has been the community fireworks event and the Christmas fayre - both of which were a tremendous success.
