A WINCHESTER University student must compensate a woman she attacked.
Georgia Taylor, 21, whose term-time address was given as Student Village, Queens Road, West Hill, admitted an assault by beating on November 5 last year.
Basingstoke Magistrates Court on Friday January 6 ordered Taylor pay £250 to the victim and undertake rehabilitation activity for up to 20 days. There was no order for costs because of Taylor's lack of means and the priority given to compensation.
Taylor admitted committing an offence during the period of a conditional discharge. No further information was available from the court record.
